Rental conditions:
PREPAYMENT
Reservations are made with a 50% deposit on return of the contract signed by the tenant. The balance is payable on the day of arrival.
For bookings made less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the signed contract must be accompanied by full payment (100%).
For these periods of occupancy, all charges are included in the rental price.
A receipt for payment of the deposit, balance and security deposit will be given to the lessee. Payment may be made by bank transfer, bank charges being borne by the hirer.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The lessee is personally responsible for all damage, loss and deterioration to the apartment and all condominium facilities caused by persons staying with or visiting the lessee.
An inventory of fixtures is drawn up on arrival and departure.
A deposit of €500 is payable on arrival by cheque (not cashed).
The lessor is entitled to claim from the lessee on departure in the following cases:
- The cost of cleaning the rented premises if they have been left in a dirty state (50 €)
- The total value at replacement cost of furniture and equipment broken, cracked, chipped or simply deteriorated, and those whose wear and tear exceeds what is normal for the rental period (the lessee must not replace them himself).
- Damage to private and communal areas
- Cleaning of dirty or stained blankets.
The premises have not been damaged in any way and have been left in a clean condition (cupboards, garbage cans and fridges empty of garbage, sanitary facilities, household appliances, crockery, etc.). Should this deposit prove insufficient, the hirer hereby undertakes to pay the full amount.

This deposit cheque will be returned within 1 month after deduction of the above-mentioned charges. If the deposit is insufficient, the lessee undertakes to make up the difference.
Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made up to 1 month prior to arrival.
